Quarrington presents two short films, exploring
the process of filmmaking and adapting the printed word for
a multi-media universe.
Sunday,
Nov 26 at at 8:30am, 11am, 1pm EST on CLT
and
Thursday, Nov. 30 8pm EST on BookTelevision
In FIGHTING MEN,
the episode addresses depictions of violence both fictional and
real when Craig Davidson’s novel “The
Fighter” is made into a powerful drama, and Nathaniel
Fick’s “One Bullet Away”
documents the young authors’ visceral experience on the
front-lines of America’s war with Afghanistan and Iraq.

Joins BookShorts Network
We are especially
pleased to welcome Canada's largest book retailer to the BookShorts

in time for the holidays! Starting this month, ChaptersIndigo.ca
